About Glory Caterers

Glory Caterers was founded in 2011 by executive chef Victor Trevino who has been in the industry as a food service professional since 1988. Victor has worked every position within the industry from cook to Upper Management to food catering services and has a keen eye for what it takes to make those special events catering plans into a huge success.

Victor’s start!

Victor’s start in food service was not his original plan, Victor attended Texas A&M University with plans to become a Pediatric Doctor, but God had other plans for him. Victor was blessed with the ability to not only come up with incredible cuisine, but also to be able to taste something and be able to recreate it with surprising accuracy. Through the years in food service he has come to appreciate the effect that scratch cooking has on his guest’s experience and tries to produce most if not all his products from scratch. Another great piece of wisdom from his years around food and events is that everyone has special days that require that special touch and focus on the food, but not everyone has a money tree in their backyard. Because of this, the next question from Victor to you after “Who, What, where and When?” is “What is your Budget?” Not because he wants all your money, but to be able to tailor an event that fits your budget without taking away from the importance of the event. Regardless of your budget Victor is able to make your event look and taste like you had a money tree! He is all about execution. Victor has a simple philosophy to bring a special touch to every public or private catering event that he undertakes. Whether it is an intimate event of 20 guests to a full blown corporate catering company event for 1000 people Victor will give every detail his upmost personal attention in order to ensure that every angle of your private catering event is covered and includes the most fresh and quality catering services that you have ever tasted!
