Victor has been involved in events as intimate as a small group bible study for 20 to an Easter Hunt at a local Plano Church for 2500. Within the Church system Victor knows that budgets are based on giving and with today tumultuous financial times we are all feeling the pain. Victor works within budgets and tailor his events around that rather than the Church having to tailor the event around what the event costs. Almost any budget can be turned into a Glorious event, just as we have seen in Scripture a very little can go a long way!
Victor has been involved with Schools from the beginning of the start of Glory Caterers LLC. He provided a daily lunch service for a Plano Preschool Monday thru Friday, (Sample Menus available upon request), with great success. Glory Caterers also provided lunches for a Private Christian school in Dallas, where the children preordered meals for the month. When Victor arrived on site they were ordering 45-50 meals out of an enrolment of 300. Within one month the orders were averaging 100-125 orders a day and growing until the end of the contract date. Aside from daily food service Victor and Glory Caterers has provided services to a Plano High School for 2 years running for their annual Band fund raiser where they feed about 450-500 High School students and Parents. In August 2011 Glory Caterers provided Food service for 75-90 High School football players and coaches for their week long football training camp. Glory Caterers was responsible for providing Breakfast (6:00AM), lunch and dinner for 6 days with a different menu every day and every meal period. The players involved still talk of that week with incredible praises for the quality and variety they received that day. One player during parent visitation day to his mother that he is eating better at camp then he does at home.
